For our standard post-production packages, our standard turnaround time is 48 to 72 hours from the moment you upload your raw audio stems. We also offer expedited 24-hour turnaround options for urgent, topical news shows for an additional fee.

Upon onboarding, we set up a dedicated, secure folder link for you in our cloud storage system. You can easily drag and drop your raw audio stems, intro/outro music, sound effects, or video files directly into the folder from any web browser.

Yes, absolutely. Our comprehensive launch packages include full RSS feed setup, optimization of show metadata, and submitting your podcast to all major global directories including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and YouTube Podcasts.

We recommend starting with a high-quality USB microphone like the Audio-Technica ATR2100x or the Shure MV7, which offer excellent vocal isolation. Combining these with closed-back studio headphones and a basic desktop stand will immediately elevate your raw audio quality before it even reaches our editors.
